AB#637 Utilize canceledTripsSummary in Traffic now and implement new design

Proposed Changes

• Makse use of OpenTripPlanners new canceledTripsSummary query to fetch all cancellations at once, grouped by routes.
• Also implements a new design that now shows patterns incase departures are shown on the canceled trip card (when only one route per mode has cancellations) and removes modal on the canceled trips drilldown view.
• Adds an indicator for favourite routes, also sorts cancellations by favourites.
• Various other minor tweaks to styles
