Refocus HAND on impact enterprise and add ACCI

What changed

• Refocused HAND's public narrative on impact entrepreneurs, community-rooted small businesses, and grassroots organizations.
• Updated the campaign, Reciprocate intake, discovery materials, governance documents, funding copy, AI workstream, metadata, and social card to use the same audience frame.
• Added ACCI, the Austin Crash Context Interface, as a standalone static Netlify application under accispace/.

Why

HAND's current operating model and business-outreach work center impact enterprise and local businesses. The public narrative and internal source-of-truth documents still centered healers. This change aligns the story with the work now underway.

ACCI makes recent fatal and serious-injury crash data explorable through a spatial map using the City of Austin's public Vision Zero dataset.

Impact

• Prospective Reciprocates now enter through impact entrepreneur, local business, or grassroots organization paths.
• Intake payloads and notification labels follow the new audience structure.
• Factual healing-justice research remains available as adjacent historical research rather than HAND's primary positioning.
• ACCI can be served directly as a static application with no build step or stored API secrets.
