[BUG] When compressing a video in HEVC at 1080p, the compressor would fail and revert back to AVC at 720p 30. #103
When I use Compressor to compress a video at 1080p HEVC, the muxer would fail reverting to 720p AVC. Restarting the phone or reinstalling doesn't work, but HEVC 720p always works for some reason. This error only occurs on Android 12, i tried this on other devices too. It also happens since the first version of Compressor.
Expected Behaviour
Compressor can compress HEVC 1080p videos

@Mattandball Does encoding in H.264 work? I believe your chipset is only capable of 1080p60 in H.264 with hardware encoding, not H.265. It can only do H.265 1080p30

Hey @Mattandball! Thanks for opening an issue! I apologise for my automation closing your issue, I am not sure why that happened, I'll look into this.

Given that you said it only happens on Android 12 this also could well be an OEM issue, this doesn't happen on any of my devices.

I'm closing this as an OEM issue because that's the only probable cause we have right now
