[Krastanov-agent]

Fixes #29 by using ListGraphEdgeMap{Cint} and requiring LEMON_jll 1.3.6 or later. Cint matches the matching solver's C++ int map.

Alternative to JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil#14728. All 1,210 package checks pass on Julia 1.12.7 with the published LEMON_jll 1.3.6+0 artifact.
