Klipper recently received a new load cell driver for the cs1237 chip. Klipper3d/klipper#7370
This PR cherry-picks the commit from klipper (Klipper3d/klipper@8cdfdd9) where support for the cs1237 chip was added and then changes from klippers
trigger_analogto kalicosload_cell_probenomenclature.Tested on the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2.
