homing: Skip final retract on physical endstops - #993

Conversation
The back-off after the second touch was meant for sensorless homing. With physical endstops the axis now stays on the endstop, as in Klipper, so shared-corner endstop setups home correctly again. Fixes #944. Signed-off-by: Rogerio Goncalves <rogerlz@gmail.com>

The back-off after the final touch only makes sense for sensorless homing. With physical endstops the axis now stays on the endstop, same as Klipper, which fixes machines with shared-corner endstops. Config_Changes entry included.
Closes #944.
