[BUG] Doesn't work for Palworld

🐛 Bug Description

Doesn't work for the game Palworld. The dxgi.dll binary is installed under Engine/Binaries/Win64 instead of Pal/Binaries/Win64/ as noted by the official OptiScaler wiki page for Palworld.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Start with an AMD GPU
2. Run OptiScaler GUI
3. Select Palworld
4. Select dxgi.dll for the "Install as" drop down
5. Click "Install OptiScaler"
6. Click "Play with OptiScaler"
7. Notice DLSS is disabled

✅ Expected Behavior

DLSS is disabled

❌ Actual Behavior

DLSS should be enabled
