The release workflow joins the 120-column CHANGELOG lines into one line per item, but it also joined nested items ( -) into their parent, so 1.8.0's watch folder list came out as one paragraph. The 1.8.0 notes were fixed by hand; this makes the next ones right.

Indented lines are joined to the line above unless they start a list item (- , * , 1. ).

Joining every indented line to the one above also joined "  - " sub-items into their parent (1.8.0's watch folder
list came out as one paragraph). Only lines that don't start a list item are joined now.
