I had some issues installing python bindings for kompute on my system.
I have cmake 4.4.2 and Python3.13 x64 installed on Windows ARM64+PRISM emulation (so I'm running the x64 version of everything).
This solves issues with the minimum cmake version as well as python lib issues.
