Add Stripe Atlas to the Stripe entity. Stripe Atlas helps entrepreneurs incorporate a US company in Delaware (C corp or LLC) for $500. Includes state filing fees, next-day expedited processing, EIN, equity issuance, 83(b) election filing, and document templates from Cooley LLP. Atlas startups also receive $2,500 in Stripe product credits and $50,000+ in discounts on tools like Mercury, Xero, and AWS.
