Added regional duty cycle of 1% over the whole band, as required by RP002-1.0.3.
AS923 had no duty cycle before and could transmit without any regulatory time on air limit. It is now enforced as soon as the region is selected.
I have also noticed that
const_dtc_number_of_band,const_dtc_by_band, andconst_dtc_frequency_range_by_bandmembers ofsmtc_real_const_tare unused and can be removed.
