Paintbot now renders a sunny blue sky with a fixed sun and a separate scrolling cumulus texture in the spectator camera, bot eyes and both water reflection passes. Periodic texture blending closes both tile seams exactly; all views share one wind phase, which continues during paused playback.
The F1 Silky panel places cloud speed and sun layer rotation at the top, with Save/Load support. The rotation affects the sun and its water glints independently of the clouds. This completes the existing water reflection and developer-panel scaffold while preserving current game rules and replay behavior.
Validation: native and WebGL builds, projection/replay tests, art provenance checks, and a real 2,727-tick league replay reproduced hash 78394816. Local browser loaded that replay with Replay hash verified and no WebGL errors. A native GPU regression also confirms byte-identical frames at zero cloud speed and after the full tile loop, cloud motion at normal speed, independent sun rotation, and no GL errors. Full cross-platform CI and hosted certification run before release verification.
