Choosing the language you wanna download gor the mp4 #1531

What problem does this solve?
When you download something as an mp4 Moonfin obviously downloads just one language. But you can’t directly choose the language you wanna download.
On my iPhone I have the default language (audio settings) set to English and it downloaded the German dub.
This is very frustrating, bc I don’t always want to download the mkv to choose my preferred language.
On my Macbook it’s pretty much the same

A dropdown menu on the download window where you can choose the language for the mp4 download

hi, can you check in the latest 2.7 update that just released
if you go to an item's page, choose a language, then download, does it download the correct language for you now?
Made transcoded downloads keep the audio track picked on the details …

@jmawet Do you have a rough estimate when 2.7.x will show up in the Apple app store? My iPad is on 2.5.1 atm and i dont have an update offered either. Im just trying to judge if its worth compiling and regularly resigning for now 😅
I know that it mostly depends on Apple tho

No idea. Apple just approved tvos, so maybe soon?
