Correct bits about the I compsets

Remove the wrong figures on the I compsets from CESM2, and add new information based on using query_config.

@adrifoster this is what I have as a first draft. I'll add the same sort of thing for exercise 3 for the FATES compset. This possibly should have the covering of "click here for example output". But, I think this is probably OK to show this way. It might be good to convert the description into a table too.

@adrifoster and I looked at this. Things for me to do:

• Convert compset description into tables
• Add the same query_config for exercise 3 for the FATES compset
• Say a little more about the differences in the final exercise about the compsets and differences between them.

@ekluzek I noticed a couple things: the images on the FATES exercise are not rendering on Github pages, usually when I try to set width of an image there are issues so I might try just using:
! Image Name in brackets (path/to/image.png)
Also, I see 2 extra CLM challenge notebooks that are not showing on the Github pages perhaps because they have not been added to _toc.yml file
