Adds Claude for Startups to the programmes list on /partner as text only, in all ten languages, and a trademark line in the legal footnote.
It is a new textProgrammes list in lib/partners.ts, so the logo strips built from programmes are unchanged. The page renders both lists in the same definition list.
Checked: all ten messages/info files parse and carry the new keys; biome reports no errors on the changed files.
