• Complex issues on one or more instruments including SPLITs and MERGEs

Several issues cover a group of similar instruments which need to be compared for similarities and differences. In some cases instruments are MERGED and conceps may need to be DEPRECATEd and REDIRECTed. In some cases the altlabels reveal the several different instruments are included in one concepts. These need to be checked for a need to describe them separately and the concept is SPLIT into two or more concepts.
