Truncate lists of terms in other languages when there are many languages #2039

Description of the enhancement

When a vocabulary contains terms in many different languages (e.g. HERO has these), the section for terms in other languages can grow very long (example page):

In previous issues and PRs, truncation was implemented for regular properties and for terms in other languages:

• truncate property value lists that are longer than set number of items with "show all X values" button #1795
• Truncate long property value lists on concept page #1825,
• Truncate list of terms in other languages with "show all X values" button #1838
• Truncate list of terms in other languages #1843

However, these don't cover the case where there are many different languages, as in HERO.
