Updating DESIGN.md
Hey Alan, here is my PR for your plugin!
This will change the DESIGN.md file to include more biological inspiration and explain why engram implements a specific feature based on biology. The changes mainly fixed references to concepts such as hippocampal memory that were not explicitly mentioned.
