Adds a touchscreen tools bundle for the Centauri 2 and Centauri Carbon 2, delivered as a stock

.zip.sigformat used by COSMOS (adapted from James Turton'selegoo-ota.bbclass, OpenCentauri/cosmos 1b6d087a).Tested on a stock CC2: GUI launch, backup round-trip (7,837,581,312 bytes, byte-exact host-side), root shell install/remove, and download/install failure paths. Host tests cover all scripts under
shand BusyBox ash.
