Changes:
Adds the ability to decompress files compressed with CMP (ZLIB) and Yaz0. These are required for BFRES support, specifically for Mii models as mentioned in #2. These Mii models are compressed using CMP, however in many other cases the BFRES will be Yaz0 compressed so that's added as well
This is required for future Mii rendering
