Add OMY VLA Showdown technical story

Summary

Adds a technical story under OMY → Resources → Technical Story: "The VLA Showdown: Four 2026 Models on the OMY-F3M." It covers an evaluation of four 2026 VLA/world models (GR00T N1.7, MolmoAct2, VLA-JEPA, FastWAM) on the OMY-F3M three-plate organizing task. Sections include data collection through training, offline accuracy, inference smoothing, and on-hardware deployment results.

What's added

• docs/systems/omy/resources/technical_story/ — landing page + vla_showdown.mdx (task & data, the four models, training/offline accuracy, inference smoothing, deployment results, limitations, LeRobot v0.6.0 fixes, reproduce guide, practical tips, conclusion, resources, appendix).
• static/img/systems/omy/resources/technical_story/vla_showdown/ — figures, rendered plots, and animated GIFs (ensembling, flow-steps, seam-interpolation, Savitzky-Golay).
• sidebars/omy.ts — Technical Story entry under the OMY Resources category.

Page renders and compiles locally well in the dev server.

Notes

• Demo video not ready. The "Full demo" section is a placeholder rectangle for now; the YouTube link needs to be added.
• Deployment repo is private. The reproduce/resources sections link to the omy_deploy / omy-infer package (lerobot-omy-tests), which was set private individually and is pending.
• Dataset. The collected dataset is uploaded in HF, and is a link in the docs. Should I remove?
