Port Mc122477Fix to NeoForge 26.2

Summary

• port the client-side fix directly from master to Minecraft 26.2 / NeoForge 26.2
• migrate the render tick hook to RenderFrameEvent.Post
• register the handlers and mod entry point for the physical client only
• migrate the build to Java 25, Gradle 9.2.1, and ModDevGradle 2.0.141
• update the NeoForge metadata format used by 26.2
• use the descriptive public name "Linux T Prefix on Opening Chat" while retaining the internal mod ID

This is an independent branch and does not depend on the separate 1.21.1 port.

Verification

• ./gradlew clean build
• BUILD SUCCESSFUL
• validated the generated JAR archive and Java 25 bytecode
• successfully tested in game on Minecraft 26.2 / NeoForge
