Add Signals, Alerts, Pro, Exchanges, and AI-Coins pages and update header navigation

Motivation

• Surface core product pages for monitoring and monetization by adding dedicated pages for signals, alerts, Pro plans, exchanges, and an AI coin guide and linking them from the main header.
• Provide an MVP UI for user alert signup and a sample signals listing so users can evaluate features before backend integration.

Description

• Added app/signals/page.tsx which renders sample signal cards and metric tiles for the monitor view.
• Added app/alerts/page.tsx (client) implementing an alert signup form with email/Telegram fields and sector toggle buttons using local useState.
• Added app/pro/page.tsx containing a Pro pricing/features table and payment links read from NEXT_PUBLIC_PAYMENT_LINK_PRO and NEXT_PUBLIC_PAYMENT_LINK_PRO_PLUS environment variables.
• Added app/exchanges/page.tsx listing exchanges and using affiliate links from NEXT_PUBLIC_AFFILIATE_* environment variables, and added app/ai-coins/page.tsx with a short AI coin guide.
• Updated app/layout.tsx to expose new navigation links for /signals, /alerts, /pro, and /exchanges in the header.

Testing

• Executed a production build with next build which completed successfully.
• Ran linting with npm run lint and the codebase passed lint checks.
• Performed TypeScript type-checking (tsc) which reported no type errors.
