[BUG] QUERY FORM

Hello,
I have met a bug of query form.
The scenario:

1. Enter http://idoc-solar-portal-test.ias.u-psud.fr.
2. 'Search forms' -> select 'SOHO'.
3. In the list 'Instrument', the value 'VIRGO' is chosen by default, but the list 'Detector' shows all values from database.

The list 'Instrument' is the parent list of the list 'Detector' but when we open the query form, the 'Detector' list shows all values instead of the values according to the 'Instrument'.
The problem still exists in the sitools - version 3.1.
