Rewords the "Currently Active Projects" section as "Projects Open for Claim" since all five claims were cleared as stale in the same change, and removes the "in progress" notes on Param Thakkar and Jash Ambaliya in the repeat-contributors callout. Reflects 4d5721a, which removed the SciMLBenchmarks GPU CI project from the project list entirely (not just its claim). Updates the "Projects Open for Claim" list to four items and adjusts the surrounding wording. Co-Authored-By: Chris Rackauckas <accounts@chrisrackauckas.com>

Summary
Updates the two-year small-grants blog post (merged in #234) so it stays consistent with the project-list state after PR #235.
Changes:
Depends on / cross-references #235 — the blog post links to that PR by number, which works regardless of merge order, but reads most cleanly if #235 merges first.
Please ignore this PR until reviewed by @ChrisRackauckas.
