Add [site] to the llms.txt list

Adding altyst.ai. I work on Altyst, so this is a self-submission rather than a third-party nomination. Altyst is a commercial real estate underwriting product; the llms.txt files index its free surface, including ten calculators at https://altyst.ai/tools, a 60-term glossary of underwriting terms with formulas and worked examples at https://altyst.ai/glossary, and plain-language answers at https://altyst.ai/answers.

I can confirm that:

• I added the new link or links to README.md
• Each URL points to llms.txt or llms-full.txt
• Each URL is publicly reachable

The JSON files are generated automatically after merge.

Two lines only, inserted in alphabetical position between alphix.com and api-docs.devhub.com, with the (full) entry first to match the existing agentgrade.com and ast-grep.github.io pairs. No other file is touched, so json/urls.json, json/llms-txt.json and json/llms-full.json are left to normalize-lists.yml.
