Mitigates GHSA advisory where rustls 0.23.13..=0.23.44 accepts TLS 1.3 handshake messages across encryption level boundaries. aws-lc-rs, aws-lc-sys and rustls-webpki move to the minimum versions required by rustls 0.23.45. Before:
Cargo.lockpins rustls 0.23.40, which is affected.After:
Cargo.lockpins rustls 0.23.45, which is patched. This is a lockfile-only change with noCargo.tomledits. rustls 0.23.45 needs newer transitive versions, so these move too: aws-lc-rs 1.17.0 -> 1.18.1, aws-lc-sys 0.41.0 -> 0.45.0 (now depends onpkg-config, which was already in the lockfile) and rustls-webpki 0.103.13 -> 0.103.15.Validated locally:
