rustls-webpki0.103.15 andwebpki-roots1.0.9, which are affected by RUSTSEC-2026-0382 and RUSTSEC-2026-0381: certificate paths through the distrusted emSign intermediates (whose private keys are now public) could be accepted by the service's runtime TLS clients.After:
rustls-webpki0.103.16 andwebpki-roots1.0.10, which reject those intermediates and drop the emSign ECC Root CA - G3 root.How:
