Tailscale companion host flaps offline on every Bonjour update #64

Review of origin/main at 1a07a87.

CompanionModel.activeEndpoint uses the saved remote host. noteDiscovery still calls reconcile when that peer is absent from the Bonjour list, and reconcile sets the phase to offline. The next poll can mark it live again. That also unmounts DashboardView, which drops an in-flight clean confirmation.
