Expose the operator-installed assignment principals in coding-run context and identify their task comments as delegated instructions. This completes PR752's dispatch configuration so an accepted Manager assignment does not leave its worker prompt describing only the original human delegator.
No authority is inferred from a reporting relationship. The installed list and canonical assignment receipt remain controlling. The original human inbox route is unchanged.
