Live Manager validation found an existing enabled_tools filter on the shared
vonCodex server entry. Although PR752's server exposed operator tools, that inherited client filter hid them from the model.Launch the installed operator connection as
von_operatorand keep the oldvonentry disabled. This preserves the ordinary worker configuration and prevents the legacy read-only filter from silently reducing Manager capabilities. Ten access-profile checks pass. Fresh live Manager acceptance remains the activation criterion.
