Deleted my rambling and starting over
-Random smartnet calls get cut off usually around 1.3x seconds in
-Seems to have started with the recent builds
-Usually no errors in log, but sometimes shows "Dropping xxx samples - current_call is null" But usually it does not give this error, so not sure if it is related. But it could point to my SDR going bad or some signal issue.
-I run two instances of TR - one for smartnet and one for everything else, due to needing to have different global parameters, has never been an issue before
-I was just using one install of TR and calling it twice with two different config files
-Now have built two totally separate TRs (using DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX to put the final binaries in separate directories). Does not seem to have changed anything.
-Going to now try using an older version (5.1.1) to build just the smartnet instance and see if that fixes it. If not then I need to start looking at my SDR/hardware.
