TVM
TVM is an implementation of the Trustless Virtual Machine described in the JAM Graypaper.
This wiki is preserved as the architecture archive for the project. TVM was built as a low-level JAM execution artifact: a Rust JIT assembler and runtime for translating VM instructions into native x86_64 code, managing shared memory, metering gas, and coordinating host-function calls.
The repository is not currently under active development. It is published as a technical showcase and reference artifact from the 2024-2025 JAM implementation work.
Start with Architecture for the assembler/runtime design, gas model, shared-memory layout, and register map.
