Commit 2063423 ("snmp: refresh read registrations before timeout callbacks" introduced a function forward reference. This commit moves the function so the snmp_epoll_update() function so there is no longer a forward reference. Signed-off-by: Quentin Armitage <quentin@armitage.org.uk>
Added some libraries to link to in the Makefile and updated .gitignore for the new executable. We should probably move to an autoconf generated Makefile and add a Makefile.am accordingly. Signed-off-by: Quentin Armitage <quentin@armitage.org.uk>
