The app starts charging as soon as you plug in the computer and the current charge level is below the top of the range, rather than waiting until the current charge level drops below the bottom of the range. Eg if I have set charge maintain 45-55% and I plug in the computer at 52%, it immediately charges to 55% rather than not charging.
