Summary
Add a
workflow_dispatchtrigger to the test workflow so it can be re-run manually from the Actions tab.The current triggers are
push(main, develop) andpull_request(main) only, so there is no way to start a fresh run without opening a PR. GitHub also refuses to retry runs older than one month, which left the 2026-06-15 runs unrunnable.Changes
