I currently have an entity model which has two separate texture images.
I have set up my UVs and went to export, but realized the VSMC is only capable of exporting a single UV image, resulting in a combination of the two maps layered on top one another.
Two textures and their UV maps in the VSMC preview:Resulting combined export:
Hiding a shape/cube in the tree removes its UV from the preview, but is still exported, so as a workaround, I am going through and manually disabling each face on one texture, exporting, then repeating the process for the other.
Possible solutions I can think of would be allowing the user to select a texture and export only the associated UV map, and to make it so that shapes hidden in the tree have their faces excluded from the UV map export.

Just checked the controls and found you can disable all faces at once. That saves some headache at least.
