control: score_privacy and set_score_privacy commands (G12) - #136

The launcher needs to read and write the account's score audience. Both go to GET/PUT /v1/me/score-privacy and work while the leaderboard feature is off.

Adds the control commands the launcher needs for the Scores privacy row (gap G12):
score_privacyreads andset_score_privacywrites{scores: friends|everyone|nobody}throughGET/PUT /v1/me/score-privacy. Same shape aspublic_profile. Parse tests and the control-protocol table are updated.Need help on this PR? Tag
