• Remove unused uvc library

Added fix for Kafka extension conan build to be in line with the compile options when built from source: 65aa73d
Also added a fix for building the FIPS library for OpenSSL which was missing from the earlier OpenSSL Conan introduction. The FIPS library is always built from source even when Conan is used: 26e7d3c
