Bharat and namma update

Final updates to both the Namma Smart AI Apps Challenge and Bharat AI-SoC Challenge 2026–27 pages based on the latest stakeholder feedback.

Changes

• Updated both pages with the latest approved content, timelines and participant information
• Revised wording throughout to be more public-facing and participant-friendly
• Updated Namma terminology from “Problem Statement(s)” to “Challenge Area(s)”
• Updated Namma rewards, IP guidance and medical disclaimers
• Updated Bharat eligibility, rewards, hardware guidance and Llama/ExecuTorch requirements
• Removed outdated Bharat grant information and old hardware references
• Preserved the existing registration forms, Register Now behaviour, page themes and responsive layouts
• Kept Meta listed as tentative tech support on the Bharat page, as requested
