What I Hope to Get From This Course: I would like to learn how to identify cell populations using clustering approaches in R. I'm particularly interested in reproducible cytometry analysis workflows and in understanding how compensation (for conventional flow cytometry) and spectral unmixing can be performed, assessed, and, when necessary, adjusted within R.
