Rationale
The existing
NISARdataset contains ALL NISAR collections in it, which causes non science products to appear in Vertex results menuAdded
NISAR_SCIENCE_PRODUCTSdataset, contains ONLY for NISAR Levl 0B, 1, 2, and 3 science products.
