Create a library that can render a notebook in the browser

This could be an easy way to get notebooks published online.

A vanilla JS library that can be used from whatever framework. You input the data and it renders the notebook under a particular HTML element.

It wouldn't be possible to evaluate a notebook, but this could be a nice way to publish a notebook in GitHub pages or maybe a Gist.

The viz plugins would have to be loaded from somewhere, but I think they could probably be bundled into the library.
