Combines #1440 and #1426 into one PR: - Adds Tenant Log Catalog to nav.en.json, nav.fr-ca.json, nav.ja-jp.json - Adds tenant-logs.svg icon - Adds generated nav JSONs and MDX stubs for all three locales - Updates OAS schema and _metadata.json to @a0/tlog-event-types v2.133.0 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
