Data Used

  • supplier_performance_data.csv
  • SupplyChain_Governance_Policy_v3.2.1.pdf

Final Setup

  • Embeddings: Google Gemini Embedding
  • Embedding model: gemini-embedding-001
  • Embedding task type: RETRIEVAL_DOCUMENT
  • Vector store: MongoDB Atlas Vector Search
  • Chat model: Google Gemini (gemini-2.5-flash)
  • Retriever: MongoDB Retriever
  • QA chain: Conversational Retrieval QA Chain
  • Temperature: 0.2
  • Retriever Top K: 10

MongoDB Configuration

  • Database: flowise
  • Collection: avinash
  • Index name: avi_vector_index
  • Content field: text
  • Embedded field: embedding

Build Process Followed

  1. Created the Flowise Cloud account.
  2. Uploaded the CSV and PDF into Flowise document stores.
  3. Configured Google Gemini Embedding with gemini-embedding-001 and RETRIEVAL_DOCUMENT.
  4. Upserted the documents into MongoDB Atlas and verified the stored embedding arrays were populated.
  5. Built one chatflow with Google Gemini, MongoDB Retriever, and Conversational Retrieval QA Chain.
  6. Tuned the retriever and prompt until both supplier-data and policy questions worked correctly.
  7. Published the chatbot publicly and verified the share link.
  8. Exported the chatflow JSON for submission.
