Description
Trying to build version 3.3.1 on openSUSE Tumbleweed fails with:

I have not been able to resolve this so far. The issue did not arise with version 3.2.0.

Just retested with version 3.3.2, the problem persists in openSUSE Tumbleweed. The package builds fine in older SUSE distributions though.

Hi @glaubitz, thanks for testing with 3.3.2. For
rust-lld: error: Invalid summary version 14. Version should be in the range [1-12], I suspect an LLVM version mismatch in your build root. For reference, this CI job builds 3.3.4 successfully on Tumbleweed.
