• In the 'settings' page, you can now pick how often you want to be notified of the beer rankings from [never,weekly,monthly]
• There's a cron task which is intended to be run daily. Sends emails to people who asked for them
• Tested and working on Heroku - but be sure to set the envvars per the readme
• Adds test coverage for user controller

Still to implement:

• user-selected date for notification (monday, or the 5th of the month, etc)
