Scatter Plot x-Axis confuses the categorical variable

In some cases, when for the x-Axis of the scatter plot a categorical variable is chosen, the labels do not fit the data. If coloring for the same variable is chosen, the error becomes clear.

Orange 3.40.0
Installed via PIP
Windows 11 Enterprise V 25H2

I'm not sure if this happened but on input change the legend is updated while axis labels are not always (bigger changes like adding new values does trigger an update).

@chhemo, could you try changing Axis x variable to something else then back and see if that fixes it?

How to reproduce:

1. load this with File or CSV Import:

category,value
1,0
2,0.5

2. add Scatter Plot and set Axis x and Color to category
3. edit category names in source file
4. press Reload in File or CSV Import
5. observe updated legend but not updated axis labels:
