Nomogram displays wrong probabilities for Logistic Regression on data with multiple class values

What's wrong?

Here both Predictions and Nomogram got the iris with index 53, but the probabilities reported are different (regardless or the normalization setting).

The issue might have started because Logistic Regression actually does softmax.

How can we reproduce the problem?
