Added advanced CI features from zeam repository: - Concurrency control to prevent redundant PR builds - Zig package caching for faster builds - Retry logic for dependency fetching - Matrix builds on Ubuntu and macOS - Separate lint, build, test, and docker-build jobs - Auto-release workflow with multi-arch Docker support - Manual workflow dispatch support Also added tests for state, metrics, and server modules.
The mlugg/setup-zig action fails to download Zig 0.14.1 from mirrors. Switch to direct installation from ziglang.org for reliability. Supports both Linux and macOS runners.
